BoB Assistant
BoB Assistant listens to the vibration signature of pumps, fans and chillers and warns maintenance teams when it starts to drift, so repairs can be planned before a breakdown. On-board artificial intelligence learns the machine's normal behaviour over seven days, then reports every 180 minutes with running time, vibration drift, temperature and a failure probability, plus start/stop alerts and immediate drift alarms. It analyses vibration in 0–400 Hz and 0–12.8 kHz bands, attaches with the supplied magnets, is IP68 rated and runs about four years on one battery over LoRaWAN. Typical applications include motor-driven plant supervision, HVAC and cooling equipment monitoring, and maintenance optimisation.
