Some places are too wet, cramped or hot for a wall sensor, so this version puts the measuring element on a lead. An IP67 SHT30F probe on a 2.9-metre cable, protected by a PTFE membrane, reads temperature from -20°C to +80°C and 0–100% relative humidity and responds quickly to change, while the IP68 transmitter body is mounted nearby. Data goes over LoRaWAN periodically or immediately when a min/max threshold is crossed, and compressed batch reporting gives up to eight years of battery life. Suited to monitoring equipment enclosures, cold rooms, greenhouses and other spaces where the electronics need to stay outside.
