R309
Worn on a wristband or lanyard, the R309 lets a person call for help with a press of its button, sending an alarm over LoRaWAN to staff or a monitoring platform. A built-in vibration sensor detects when the wearer has stopped moving, allowing inactivity alerts as well as active calls. It is rated IP67, so it can be worn in bathrooms, and two CR2032 coin cells last around two years at hourly reporting. Netvox lists hospitals, care and nursing homes, hotels, schools and shopping centres among its applications; it also suits lone workers on large sites and assisted-living schemes.
