R718CTAB
Ambient temperature and humidity sensing is combined with a Type T thermocouple probe in the R718CTAB for surface or immersion measurement, giving tighter accuracy (±0.8°C when both are within 0 to 55°C) than its Type K sibling in the lower ranges. The thermocouple covers -40°C to +375°C on a 1 m lead and is rated IP67, while the main body is IP65 and fixes with a magnetic base. Two AA-size lithium batteries provide around 4.8 years of operation over LoRaWAN. Applications include monitoring the temperature of pipes, tanks and heating plant, checking chilled or heated equipment surfaces, and recording ambient conditions in the same plant room from one device.
