Nitrogen dioxide (NO2) in ambient air is measured by the R718PA5 from 0 to 20 ppm with ±0.6 ppm accuracy and a response time typically under 15 seconds. An electrochemical sensor connected over RS485 feeds a LoRaWAN main unit powered from a 12 V DC adapter; the unit is rated IP65 and fixes to steel with a magnetic base, and the sensor operates from -20°C to +50°C. Netvox provides a two-year sensor warranty (one year on the gas probe). NO2 is a key traffic and combustion pollutant, so the device suits car park and loading-bay ventilation monitoring, air-quality checks near generators and boiler flues, and sheltered kerbside air-quality projects.
