R718PQ
The R718PQ is a battery-powered LoRaWAN occupancy sensor that tells you whether a space is in use without any wiring. A built-in passive infrared (PIR) detector picks up people within about 3.8 metres across a 72-degree field and reports presence changes to your network. Two AA-size lithium cells give up to 4.8 years of service at a 15-minute reporting interval, and the IP65 housing sits on a magnetic base so it can be fixed to steel surfaces or stuck in place in seconds. Typical uses include meeting-room availability, desk and cubicle utilisation studies, and lighting or HVAC control triggered by presence.
