R720FLT

Slow leaks from toilet cisterns waste large volumes of water unnoticed; the R720FLT sits inside the cistern and uses two electrode rods to detect refill events, counting how often the tank tops itself up and flagging a cistern that never stops filling. It is a LoRaWAN device powered by two AA-size lithium batteries with a rated life of over ten years, so it can be fitted and forgotten. The IP65 unit clips onto the cistern with an adjustable bracket (120 to 170 mm) and needs no plumbing changes. Hotels, commercial washrooms and housing operators use it to cut water bills, prioritise maintenance visits and demonstrate water-efficiency measures.
