RA02A
The RA02A is a ceiling-mounted photoelectric smoke detector that sounds a local alarm and simultaneously reports the event over LoRaWAN, so an unattended property or plant room can be watched remotely. It also raises an alarm if the temperature exceeds 60°C. Two AAA alkaline batteries provide around 4.7 years of operation, and the 106 mm round housing fits in place of a conventional standalone detector with no wiring. It is intended as a supplementary monitoring device that adds remote notification, not as a replacement for a certified fire-alarm system. Applications include holiday lets and vacant properties, storage units and archives, and back-of-house areas where a sounder may go unheard.

RA02A sends its data over LoRaWAN, so it needs a LoRaWAN Gateway in range. Works with any LoRaWAN Gateway, such as the UG65. If you already have a Gateway on site, you can skip this.
