Battery powered and wire-free, the RA02C carbon monoxide alarm adds LoRaWAN reporting to a conventional sounder, so a CO event in an unoccupied flat, hotel room or boiler cupboard is notified remotely as well as locally. It detects CO from 0 to 1,000 ppm and triggers within five minutes once levels reach 35 ppm. Two AAA alkaline batteries give around 3.15 years of service, and the 106 mm unit mounts on a ceiling or wall without wiring. Netvox positions it for homes, apartments, schools and hotels; landlords use it to evidence CO safety across a portfolio and receive alerts from properties where nobody is present to hear the alarm.
