WS303
At 63 mm square and 14 mm thick, the WS303 slips beneath a sink, boiler or server-room air-conditioning unit and raises the alarm the moment water reaches a depth of 0.5 mm. A built-in buzzer alerts anyone nearby while a LoRaWAN message reaches your team's phones, and Milesight D2D lets it shut a smart valve or socket directly without a gateway. The IP67 case is unaffected by the water it detects, a single CR2450 coin cell lasts around 5.7 years, and it simply rests on the floor or fixes with adhesive tape. Typical uses are plant rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and IT cabinets in offices, hotels and residential buildings.

WS303 sends its data over LoRaWAN, so it needs a LoRaWAN Gateway in range. Works with any LoRaWAN Gateway, such as the UG65. If you already have a Gateway on site, you can skip this.
