WT303
Designed for buildings cooled and heated by fan coil units, the WT303 controls two- and four-pipe FCUs with three-speed or EC fans and on/off motorised valves; the WT304 adds 0-10 V proportional valve control. It fits a standard back box on 100 to 240 V AC, shows temperature and humidity on a 2.7-inch e-ink display, and lets tenants adjust setpoints between 5°C and 35°C while managers push schedules over LoRaWAN. Inputs for an external NTC sensor and a keycard or window contact, plus open-window detection and freeze protection, cut energy waste. BACnet is supported via Milesight gateways. Typical uses are hotels, serviced offices and apartment blocks.

WT303 sends its data over LoRaWAN, so it needs a LoRaWAN Gateway in range. Works with any LoRaWAN Gateway, such as the UG65. If you already have a Gateway on site, you can skip this.
