Yabby Edge LoRaWAN
Yabby Edge is a small LoRaWAN tracker that works indoors as well as out, scanning Wi-Fi access points and using LoRaWAN geolocation when satellites are out of view, with GNSS from a Semtech LR1110 chipset for open-sky positions. Location solving happens in the cloud, which keeps power draw low enough for two user-replaceable AAA lithium cells to last around 12 years at daily updates, three years hourly or about a year with movement-based tracking. A 3-axis accelerometer detects movement, geofence alerts are configurable and the white-label-ready housing is IP68/IK06 rated for -30°C to +60°C; a collar version suits livestock. Applications include container and pallet tracking, equipment management and supply-chain visibility.
