BoB Assistant ATEX zone 1
Rotating equipment in explosive atmospheres is often the hardest to inspect, and this ATEX Zone 1 version of BoB Assistant (Ex ib IIB/IIC T4 Gb) lets you monitor it continuously without sending people in. The sensor learns a machine's vibration signature over seven days, then uses on-board artificial intelligence to report run time, vibration drift, temperature and a failure probability every 180 minutes over LoRaWAN, with instant alerts for drift or start/stop events. It mounts magnetically, is IP68 rated and delivers over three years of battery life at eight reports a day. Applications include pumps, ventilation and cooling units in petrochemical, gas and chemical facilities.
