EM300-SLD
Position the EM300-SLD's stainless-steel probe where water would first collect and it sends a LoRaWAN alarm the moment liquid reaches 5 mm deep, giving you time to act before a burst pipe or failed pump becomes a flooded basement. The same unit reports temperature and humidity, so it doubles as an environmental monitor for the plant room it protects. The IP67, UV-resistant transceiver sits on a wall or cable-ties to pipework with the probe on a 1.5 m lead, and one replaceable 4,000 mAh cell (8,000 mAh optional) lasts over ten years. Milesight D2D can close a valve directly. Typical uses are pipe runs, basements, kitchens and pump stations.
