GS301
The GS301 measures the two gases behind washroom smells, ammonia (0 to 10 ppm) and hydrogen sulphide (0 to 5 ppm), together with temperature and humidity, so facilities teams can ventilate or clean before complaints arrive. When either gas passes a set threshold, an LED and buzzer alert people on site while a LoRaWAN message reaches the management platform, and Milesight D2D can start an extractor fan directly. The electrochemical cells are rated for more than three years, four replaceable batteries last around three years, and a damp-proof coating protects the electronics in humid rooms. Typical uses are hotel bathrooms, office washrooms and public toilets in shopping centres.

GS301 sends its data over LoRaWAN, so it needs a LoRaWAN Gateway in range. Works with any LoRaWAN Gateway, such as the UG65. If you already have a Gateway on site, you can skip this.
