Lev'O+ LPG Gauge (Junior)
Gas distributors can stop sending drivers to check tank dials by fitting the Lev'O+ LPG gauge, a Rochester Junior-dial Hall-effect sender that reads the existing float gauge on a horizontal LPG tank and passes the level to a Toran'O ATEX Zone 1 transmitter. The contactless sensor outputs a ratiometric voltage covering 10–90% of tank volume with ±4% accuracy, so a retrofit needs no changes to the vessel, and the 2-metre cable connects to the Toran'O which powers it only while measuring. Levels are then sent over LoRaWAN for scheduling deliveries. Applications include LPG tank monitoring in hazardous areas, delivery-route optimisation and preventing run-outs.
