R718PQA
Designed for washroom cubicles, the R718PQA combines a PIR motion detector with a door-mounted reed switch so occupancy is confirmed by two signals rather than one, cutting false readings. It runs on two AA-size lithium batteries for up to 4.5 years, is rated IP65 as standard (IP67 optional) and attaches with a magnetic base, so there is no cabling to run in tiled areas. Data is sent over LoRaWAN, and the 72-degree PIR field covers a standard cubicle. Facilities teams use it to show free cubicles on digital signage, trigger cleaning rounds by actual usage, and gather footfall statistics for washroom planning.
